NAPA is the only national association solely representing and serving the interests of the Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) industry. NAPA consists of professionals ready to help you learn the latest technology, understand environmental issues, gain market share, and assist you in training your employees.

Companies or individuals that operate on a for-profit basis which include:

Access to this portion of the web site is a beneift of NAPA Membership and provided to NAPA Members and State Asphalt Pavement Association Executives. Benefits in this section include access to free online publications, video rentals, weekly online newsletter, and other resources.

To gain access to this portion of the site you must be a NAPA Member or State Asphalt Pavement Association Executive and use a registered username and password. Authorized access remains active for the duration of your NAPA Membership or unless notified otherwise by your company's NAPA Authorized Representative. For State Association Executives, this access remains active unless the State Association office notifies NAPA otherwise.

If your company is a NAPA Member and you would like to obtain access, approval for access must be made by your company's Authorized Representative and submitted in writing or via e-mail to Joanie Frykman, NAPA's Membership Administrator. This written authorization must include the NAPA Member Company name and address, as well as the individual's name, title, address, and e-mail address.
